Rates Per Pro

Our rates are highly competitive, and consistent with the high level of service you will receive.

We will agree, with you, a timescale for completion of your delegated assignment, making sure that this is delivered to you in a timely and professional fashion, so that your business is never interrupted.

Generally, Per Pro’s services are charged by the hour for the first hour, and thereafter in 15 minute increments.

Per Pro offers packages at reduced rates for those businesses who wish to pre-purchase their time. This means that you don’t have to worry about having to pay invoices for each assignment that has been delegated. Per Pro will always keep you informed of your pre-paid account status.

Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% will be required in advance of all assignments being undertaken. Payment terms upon invoice are strictly 10 working days. Per Pro will invoice you by e-mail (with a copy by mail if required). Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.

Payment for Travel Bookings

Please note that payments for travel bookings must be made using the credit card of the lead passenger travelling, and payment will be taken immediately at the time of booking. It is not uncommon for check-in agents to ask to cross-check your credit card with the one used at the time of booking.
